On Saturday, I contacted you to see if you were interested in listing our home. You came over on Sunday, and listed our home for approximately ten thousand more that we thought the value was. You gave us a compliment of saying our home was in show condition.
You prepared brochures on our home, a virtual tour and had it up on several internet sites by Monday morning. On Wednesday, you called us to say we had an offer, we agreed to meet with you on Thursday morning to discuss it. Robert and I agreed to the offer and its conditions and decided to start home shopping on Friday. We found two houses which we were interested enough in, to bring our children back to look at them. When I first started looking for a home in the Georgetown/Milton area, I contacted over 10 different agents to find someone I would be comfortable with.
Of the 6 that returned my call and/or email - Chris Newell was the only one that answered the questions I had asked and actually offered solutions to certain problems we were facing in our search for a two-family home. Even though we were not looking at closing until the end of the summer, Chris still spent the time to find out what we needed while other agents told me to wait until closer to the summer.
