The Marian Courtyard Senior's Residence is dedicated to serving active older persons by providing affordable, high quality, comfortable, pleasant and secure living accommodations, along with opportunities for social, spiritual and recreational interaction, within a caring community. The occupant age is a minimum of 55 years young, with no upper -limits on age.

Project Description
The project consists of a four-storey building containing fifty self-contained residences. A total of six unique floor plans are featured. They include one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom plans. Balconies and patios are standard where structurally feasible. Unit sizes range from 680 to 1,140 square feet.
An underground parking garage provides security and convenience.
Site Description
The residences, situated east of the existing Holy Rosary Church and Hall, afford a restful view across the parklands adjoining the Sixteen Mile Creek. A glazed walkway links the residences to the Church Offices, the Parish Hall, the Church and Chapel. It presents a pleasant view of a landscaped courtyard on one side and the lovely Marian grotto on the other.
The building's design is architecturally integrated into, and compliments, the existing Holy Rosary community of Church, School and Rectory.
Amenities and Services
Ammenities, for the enjoyment of all residents, include a dining area, library, games room, hairstyling and a wellness centre.
Leisure and social activities (sing-a-longs, card games, day trips for shopping or sight-seeing, etc.) are planned by volunteers for the benefit of residents.
Ownership
Ownership of the individual residences by the Purchasers will be in the form of a "Right to Occupy". The "Right to Occupy" may be re-sold at an appraised market value with the net proceeds thereof accruing to the Seller. The sale must however be processed through the Corporation to ensure that the new purchasers are informed of the lifestyle, opportunities, services and responsibilities that will accompany their ownership.
